  1. Screen resolution based on target computer, not possiblity to change it from menu when supporter has a big monitor
  2. Copy&Paste - sometimes does not work - we are not able to detect exact coherence
  3. Not able to drag&drop file to actually open folder

 

The main problem is, that Teamviewer offers a large discount (if it is needed) and the customer select to stay with them because do not want to change their habits.

 

 

Prices discussion

- do you plan to raise in near future? We would llike to start champain Teamviwer go more expensive so we go less (and offer some discount from our margin)

We offer a 30% discount as a promotion

We have a new web (both qtd and ISL on islonline.cz domain0 + online marketing

We have a new person to make calls and contact new clients

 

Bakotech

We had several a negotiations with mr. Jan Romancencko, director of Czech branch of the Bakotech, but there is a problem as he worries to loose advantages from partnership with Teamviewer when he start promote ISL to his clients. (Teamviewer still  makes a non negligible turnover percentage)
